Welcome to PicEdit (known as 轻改 in Simplified Chinese). This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information when you edit images, create stickers, save work, and use membership features.
Your images are processed on your device. No account is required, and we do not upload your photos, recognized text, or editing content to our servers.
Apple services, optional sharing, and email support involve separate data handling, as described below.
1. Image Processing and Information Collection
Photo editing, text recognition and replacement, cutout, erase, collage, filters, and sticker creation run locally on your device. The App does not send your images to a cloud editing or AI service. We do not require your name, email address, telephone number, or an App account to use the editor.
2. Local Data Storage
The App stores the following on your device to provide its features:
- Saved works, including their original images, previews, and editing settings, so you can continue editing later.
- Your personal stickers and their previews.
- Preferences such as export format and quality.
- Free-use records: fingerprints (hashes) of saved image and sticker outputs used to count the free allowance and recognize previously counted outputs. These records do not contain the images themselves and are not uploaded to us.
Free-use records are also stored in the iOS Keychain and may remain after you uninstall the App. Deleting works or reinstalling the App does not reset the free allowance.
PicEdit does not provide its own cloud synchronization or cloud backup service. Depending on your device settings, local App data may be included in backups managed by Apple. Photos you export may also sync through iCloud Photos if you have enabled it.
3. Photos and Camera Permissions
- Choose photos: the system photo picker supplies only the images you select. Selecting a photo stored only in iCloud may first require a download by Apple.
- Save to Photos: the App requests permission to add finished images to your photo library when you save there. It does not need access to your entire library for this action.
- Camera: camera access is requested only when you choose to take a photo for sticker creation. The captured image is processed locally.
You can manage these permissions in system Settings. Declining a permission limits the related feature; you can still use other available features. The system share sheet also lets you export without granting permission to add images to Photos.
4. Network Connections and Apple Services
Although image editing is local, the App uses the network to connect to Apple's App Store, check for updates, load subscription products, and purchase, verify, or restore membership. A connection to the App Store may be initiated when the App opens, including to request system network access where required.
These requests do not include your photos or editing content. Apple may receive information needed to deliver its services, such as network connection information and purchase information. Apple's handling of this information is governed by its Privacy Policy.
5. In-App Purchases
PicEdit offers monthly, quarterly, and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Payments are processed by Apple. The App uses transaction and subscription status supplied by Apple to determine membership access. We do not receive or store your card number or other payment credentials.
6. Advertising, Analytics, and Website Visits
The App does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDKs. This does not change diagnostic sharing that you separately choose in Apple's system settings.
These support and policy pages contain no advertising or analytics scripts and do not set cookies. Your language selection is reflected in the page URL. When you visit a webpage, its hosting provider may process ordinary connection information, such as your IP address and browser information, to deliver the page.
7. Sharing and Contacting Support
When you use the system share sheet, the content you choose is sent to the destination you select. That app or service handles it under its own privacy policy.
If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send, and use them to respond to and resolve your request. Please send only information needed to explain the issue. We do not sell your support information or use it for advertising.
8. Managing and Deleting Data
You can delete saved works and personal stickers in the App. Uninstalling the App removes its local works, stickers, and settings, but Keychain free-use records may remain. Images already exported to Photos, Files, or other services, and any device backups, must be managed separately in those locations.
We cannot retrieve local works from your device or restore them from our servers. Export important images before removing the App. To ask about access to or deletion of information you sent by email, contact us using the address below; any retention required by applicable law may still apply.
9. Children's Privacy
The editor does not require an account or ask children to provide personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through support, please contact us so we can address it and delete it where appropriate. Purchases and permissions should be managed by a parent or guardian where required.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the App or its data practices change. The current version and last-updated date will be published on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.

Apple 服务、您主动选择的分享和邮件支持涉及各自的数据处理方式，具体说明如下。
1. 图片处理与信息收集
图片编辑、文字识别与替换、抠图、消除、拼图、滤镜和贴纸制作均在设备本地运行。本应用不会将图片发送至云端修图或 AI 服务。使用编辑器无需提供姓名、电子邮箱、电话号码或注册应用账号。
2. 本地数据存储
为提供相应功能，本应用会在您的设备上保存以下数据：
- 已保存的作品，包括原始图片、预览图及编辑设置，方便您后续继续编辑。
- 您制作的个人贴纸及其预览图。
- 导出格式、画质等偏好设置。
- 免费使用记录：已保存图片和贴纸的内容指纹（哈希值），用于记录免费额度和识别已计数的输出。这些记录不包含图片本身，也不会上传给我们。
免费使用记录也会保存在 iOS 钥匙串中，卸载应用后仍可能保留。删除作品或重新安装应用不会重置免费额度。
轻改不提供自有的云同步或云备份服务。根据您的设备设置，本地应用数据可能被纳入 Apple 管理的设备备份。若您启用了 iCloud 照片，导出到系统相册的图片也可能通过该服务同步。
3. 照片与相机权限
- 选择照片：系统照片选择器只向本应用提供您选中的图片。如果照片仅存储在 iCloud，Apple 可能需要先下载该照片。
- 保存到相册：您将成品保存到系统相册时，本应用会申请添加照片的权限，此操作无需读取整个照片图库。
- 相机：仅在您选择拍照制作贴纸时申请相机权限，拍摄的图片在本地处理。
您可以在系统「设置」中管理这些权限。拒绝授权只会影响相关功能，其他可用功能仍可使用。您也可以通过系统分享面板导出图片，无需授予添加照片的权限。
4. 网络连接与 Apple 服务
图片编辑在本地完成，但本应用会联网访问 Apple App Store、检查更新、加载订阅商品，以及购买、验证或恢复会员。应用启动时可能发起与 App Store 的连接，并在需要时触发系统网络权限提示。
这些请求不包含您的照片或编辑内容。Apple 可能接收提供服务所需的网络连接信息、购买信息等数据，具体处理方式遵循 Apple 隐私政策。
5. 应用内购买
轻改提供月度、季度和年度自动续订会员。付款由 Apple 处理，本应用依据 Apple 提供的交易与订阅状态判断会员权益。我们不会接收或保存您的银行卡号等支付凭据。
6. 广告、分析与网站访问
本应用不包含广告、跨应用追踪或第三方统计分析、崩溃报告 SDK。您在 Apple 系统设置中自行选择的诊断信息共享不受此说明影响。
这些支持与政策网页不包含广告或统计分析脚本，也不设置 Cookie。语言选择通过页面网址参数体现。访问网页时，网站托管服务提供方可能处理您的 IP 地址、浏览器信息等常规连接信息，以便提供页面。
7. 主动分享与邮件支持
使用系统分享面板时，您选中的内容会发送到您指定的应用或服务，并由该接收方按照其隐私政策处理。
当您发送邮件至 [email protected] 时，我们会收到您的邮箱地址、邮件内容及您主动提供的附件，并用于回复和处理您的问题。请仅提供说明问题所必需的信息。我们不会出售您的支持信息，也不会将其用于广告。
8. 数据管理与删除
您可以在应用内删除已保存的作品和个人贴纸。卸载应用会移除其中的本地作品、贴纸与设置，但钥匙串中的免费使用记录仍可能保留。已经导出至相册、「文件」或其他服务的图片，以及设备备份，需要在对应位置另行管理。
我们无法从您的设备提取本地作品，也无法通过我们的服务器恢复作品。卸载应用前，请先导出需要保留的重要图片。如需查询或申请删除您通过邮件提供的信息，请使用下方邮箱联系我们；法律要求保留的信息可能仍需保留。
9. 儿童隐私
编辑器无需注册账号，也不会要求儿童提供个人信息。如果您认为儿童通过支持邮件向我们提供了个人信息，请联系我们，以便妥善处理并在适当情况下删除。需要时，购买和权限应由家长或监护人管理。
10. 隐私政策变更
随着应用功能或数据处理方式调整，我们可能更新本政策。最新版本与更新日期将在本页面公布；如有必要，我们会依法提供额外通知或征求同意。
