1. Scope of these terms

PicEdit provides photo editing, text replacement, cutout, object erasing, collage, backgrounds, borders, watermarks, templates and sticker creation. These terms cover those features, local saved works and optional PRO subscriptions. Feature availability may depend on your device, app version and membership.

App Store usage rules also apply. Where applicable, your app license is subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

2. Using the App

2.1 Your license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to install and use PicEdit on compatible devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable App Store rules.

2.2 Your responsibilities

• Use only photos, text and other materials that you own or have permission to edit and share. Respect copyright, privacy, portrait and other rights.
• Do not use the App to create or distribute unlawful content, impersonate others fraudulently or misrepresent altered images as authentic evidence.
• Do not bypass purchase controls, remove the App’s proprietary notices, redistribute the App without permission or reverse engineer it, except where applicable law or an applicable open-source license permits it.

You are responsible for reviewing your edits before using or sharing them. Text recognition, automatic replacement, cutout and repair may produce mistakes or visible artifacts.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

3.1 Plans and benefits

PicEdit offers optional monthly, quarterly and annual PRO subscriptions, renewing every 1, 3 or 12 months respectively. Available plans, localized prices, billing periods and benefits are shown in the App and Apple’s purchase confirmation. Free use has limits on saves, storage and some features, as described in the App.

3.2 Payment and renewal

Apple processes purchases and bills the Apple Account used to subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal in accordance with the timing shown by Apple. Review the price and renewal information before confirming a purchase. We do not receive your payment card details.

3.3 Cancellation, restoration and refunds

• Manage or cancel a subscription in your device’s Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. See Apple’s cancellation instructions. The subscription screen shows the effective expiration date.
• Use “Restore purchases” in PicEdit with the Apple Account that made the purchase to restore an eligible existing subscription. Internet access may be required.
• Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies and applicable consumer law. See Apple’s refund instructions; approval is not guaranteed.

Deleting the App or your local works does not cancel a subscription. When membership ends, PRO access ends and the applicable free limits resume; exporting important work in advance is recommended.

4. Your content and intellectual property

You retain any rights you hold in photos, text and other content you import, and in your original contributions to edited images. Using PicEdit does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

The App’s code, interface, branding and built-in materials belong to us or their respective rights holders. You may use built-in editing materials as part of compositions you create, export and share through the App, subject to any specific license supplied with a material. This does not grant ownership of those materials or permission to extract and redistribute them as standalone assets or asset libraries.

5. Privacy and local storage

PicEdit processes images on your device and does not upload them to an editing service. No PicEdit account is required. Saved works, original images and personal stickers are stored locally; Apple services are used for purchases, restoration, connectivity and update checks. System photo downloads, device backups and sharing to another app are governed by your settings and the relevant provider.

Export images you want to keep before deleting local works or removing the App. Local records used to enforce free save allowances may remain in the device Keychain after removal. Read our Privacy Policy for details on permissions, storage and support messages.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep PicEdit reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results or suitability for every purpose. Editing quality and performance depend on the source image, device resources and system capabilities. Keep copies of important originals and exported work; the App is not a backup service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided as available without additional warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. These limitations do not exclude liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or any liability or statutory guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the App or its services change. The revised terms and updated date will be published on this page. Where required by law, material changes will be communicated separately and any required consent obtained. Changes do not remove rights already accrued under applicable law.

8. Ending use

You may stop using PicEdit at any time. To the extent permitted by law, we may end your license if you materially breach these terms. You should export any work you want to keep before removing the App. Ending use or terminating this license does not itself cancel an Apple-billed subscription; manage it separately as described in Section 3.

9. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. Please contact us to try to resolve a concern. If it cannot be resolved, either party may use the courts or other dispute-resolution channels with jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing here prevents you from exercising a legally protected right to seek a remedy.

1. 协议范围

轻改提供图片编辑、文字替换、抠图、消除、拼图、背景、边框、水印、模板及贴纸制作功能。本协议适用于这些功能、本地作品及可选的 PRO 订阅。具体功能可能因设备、应用版本及会员状态而有所不同。

App Store 的使用规则同样适用。在适用情况下，本应用的许可还受 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议约束。

2. 应用使用规则

2.1 使用许可

在遵守本协议及适用的 App Store 规则的前提下，我们授予您有限、非排他性的许可，允许您在合法拥有或控制的兼容设备上安装和使用轻改。

2.2 您的责任

• 仅使用您拥有权利或已获授权编辑及分享的图片、文字等素材，尊重他人的著作权、隐私权、肖像权及其他合法权益。
• 不得利用本应用制作或传播违法内容、实施欺诈性冒充，或将修改后的图片谎称为真实证据。
• 不得绕过购买限制、移除本应用的权利声明、未经许可分发本应用或进行反向工程；适用法律或相关开源许可允许的情形除外。

在使用或分享编辑结果前，请自行核对。文字识别、自动替换、抠图及修复可能出现识别错误或可见的处理痕迹。

3. 订阅与购买

3.1 订阅方案与权益

轻改提供可选的月度、季度和年度 PRO 订阅，分别按 1、3 或 12 个月自动续订。可购买的方案、当地价格、计费周期及权益以应用内展示和 Apple 购买确认页面为准。免费使用的保存次数、存储空间及部分功能存在限制，详见应用内说明。

3.2 付款与续订

购买由 Apple 处理，费用通过用于订阅的 Apple 账户结算。除非您按照 Apple 显示的时间要求在续订前取消，否则订阅将自动续订。请在确认购买前核对价格及续订信息。我们不会获得您的银行卡或信用卡信息。

3.3 取消、恢复购买与退款

• 您可以在设备的“设置 > Apple 账户 > 订阅”中管理或取消订阅，具体请参阅 Apple 取消订阅说明。实际到期时间以订阅页面为准。
• 使用购买时的 Apple 账户，在轻改中点击“恢复购买”，可恢复符合条件的现有订阅。此过程可能需要联网。
• App Store 购买的退款申请由 Apple 依据其政策及适用的消费者保护法律处理。请参阅 Apple 退款申请说明；提交申请不代表一定获批。

删除本应用或本地作品不会取消订阅。会员到期后，PRO 权益结束并恢复适用的免费限制；建议提前导出需要保留的重要作品。

4. 您的内容与知识产权

您保留对所导入图片、文字及其他内容已有的权利，以及对编辑结果中您原创部分的权利。使用轻改不会将您的内容所有权转让给我们。

本应用的代码、界面、品牌标识及内置素材归我们或相关权利人所有。您可以在本应用中将内置编辑素材用于创作，并导出和分享所创作的作品；素材另有具体许可说明的，遵照该说明。这不代表您获得这些素材的所有权，也不允许将素材提取为独立文件或素材库后重新分发。

5. 隐私与本地存储

轻改在设备上处理图片，不会将图片上传到编辑服务，也不要求注册轻改账户。作品、原图及个人贴纸保存在本地；购买、恢复购买、连接检查及版本检查会使用 Apple 服务。系统下载照片、设备备份及向其他应用分享内容，受您的设置及相关服务提供方的规则约束。

删除本地作品或卸载应用前，请先导出需要保留的图片。用于执行免费保存额度限制的本地记录，可能在卸载后继续保留于设备钥匙串中。有关权限、存储及支持邮件的详细说明，请阅读隐私政策。

6. 可用性与责任范围

我们致力于保持轻改可靠运行，但无法承诺运行始终不中断、结果完全无误或适用于所有用途。编辑质量与性能取决于原始图片、设备资源及系统能力。请保留重要原图及导出作品的副本；本应用不提供备份服务。

在适用法律允许的范围内，本应用按可用状态提供，不附加其他保证；我们不对因使用本应用而产生的间接或后果性损失承担责任。上述限制不排除因欺诈、故意不当行为产生的责任，也不排除或限制法律规定不可排除或限制的责任及法定保障。

7. 协议变更

我们可能随着应用及服务的变化更新本协议。修订后的条款及更新日期将在本页面公布。法律要求另行通知重大变更或取得同意时，我们将遵照执行。协议变更不影响您依据适用法律已经取得的权利。

8. 终止使用

您可以随时停止使用轻改。在法律允许的范围内，如果您严重违反本协议，我们可以终止向您提供的使用许可。卸载前请先导出需要保留的作品。停止使用或终止许可本身不会取消通过 Apple 计费的订阅，请按第 3 节说明另行管理。

9. 法律适用与争议解决

本协议受适用法律约束，包括您居住地强制适用的消费者保护规定。如有问题，请先联系我们协商解决。协商无法解决的，任何一方均可向依法有管辖权的法院或其他争议解决机构寻求救济。本协议不妨碍您行使依法享有的救济权利。
